Obviously they know who their cash cow is, and the other players can't and don't complain, because when he shows up, people watch, and when people watch, sponsors pay and purses grow. After all, do you think 10 years ago a guy like Rocco Mediate--basically a no-name outside of the golf inner-circle--could have expected to walk away from a single event with $730,000...for coming in second?
